We are delighted and honored for the recognition we got at SwedenBIO´s Executive Dinner and BIO-Gala, where our CEO  received the “Top Talent Creator Award” on behalf of Vironova. An award given to those creating talent for the future!

All progress and breakthroughs within life sciences originates from the competence, skill set and continuous day-today work of the people within the industry. Many companies struggle with access to human resources with the right biotech experiences and cross-functional expertise. Where talent more than seldom is found on an international arena.

At Vironova we are not an exception in this search and retention of talent. Today we have employees from over 15 nationalities. We value and believe that diversity create growth; it helps us to stay in the frontline in a fast paced industry and to keep innovating new groundbreaking solutions for our clients.

We are therefore extremely proud of the recognition for our efforts to create an environment where our top talented employees can prosper and grow.

Our CEO Mohammed Homman won the "Top Talent Creator Award".

We quote the jury´s motivation by Peter Coleman, Integration Lead at Cobra Biologics:

“Mohammed Homman, CEO and founder of Vironova, is awarded for his genuine “People first”-attitude, where he always put the human values first. For being inclusive to talents regardless of who they are or where they come from. Making international talents get set properly and smoothly to feel at home in their new home country and workplace.”

This award would not have been possible without our passionate, fast growing cross-functional and multi-cultural team of talents teamworking to build trust in the therapies of tomorrow by making the invisible visible today - Thank you all Vironovians!

Three other prominent life science ambassadors were also awarded for their outstanding contributions within the Swedish life science domain.
